Massachusetts Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association in conjunction with additional area Associations joined forces to create an Environmental Council. The goal of this environmental council is to educate our members as to the numerous environmental regulations that exist today.

MaCAPA has established a Tech & Spec Group to address the technical issues of ready mix concrete. By working together the Tech and Spec group evaluates technical issues such as new mix designs, admixtures and environmental effects on the performance of ready mix concrete.
In addition MaCAPA works with various groups to help develop clear and practical ready mix concrete specifications to meet the needs of the construction industry.
MaCAPA Tech and Spec Meetings are held on a quarterly basis.
